He dipped his hands
into his pocket
not like he had so much
or nothing to do
with the little he had
but the sight
of the old Woman
at the street corner
jingling her bowl
for God knows how long
rang a bell in his heart
showing him
a million and one ways
to be grateful
as much as
giving him
a million and one reasons
to help brighten
her dark clouds.

Emmanuel I have a 2zpoint face book and I am inviting my favorites and my favorite’s favorite authors, artist, and interesting characters to come. There are many different types of authors but I believe them to be awesome people to know and I would like you to come too. On this site I tell everyone to post as they will their works, links, and words and in doing so the coolest people I’ve met can get to know each other and link up! I would be honored if you would send a friend request to: http://www.facebook.com/#!/2zpoint
Peace be with you!

TRUE beauty, yesss. I’ve actually done this before myself on a street in Massachusetts. I was rather dismayed how the elderly homeless woman could be there…thought of my grandmother (at that time home awaiting me)….*sigh so very disheartening to see….
this one who digs in his pockets, a good soul…
wonderful!
